How do I verify my email address to send emails from HootRecruit?

You'll need to verify and link your email address to send emails through the email campaign feature.

1. From the top navigation pane, click your name and go to Profile.

   

2. Next, scroll down and click the Verify email button.

   

   
   

3. You'll arrive at this screen next. Please note that we currently only support Google and Microsoft email accounts.

   

For Google email accounts, directly log into your work email account via Google.

• First, select your Google account.

• Click "Continue." (Nylas.com is the service we use to send emails)

• Next, click "Allow."

4. Once you've successfully linked your email address, you will see that it has been updated and verified on the profile page. You are now ready to send email campaigns!

For Microsoft users, click "Sign in with Microsoft."

You can use your Microsoft sign-in details, then click "Next" to continue. Your verification will be updated on the profile page. You are now ready to send email campaigns!
