How do I ask for help?

There are three ways to ask for help navigating the app:

  1. Communicate directly with your Sourcer or a Client Success Rep using their email.
  2. Reach us at help@iqrecruit.com if you have any questions or need help navigating the product. We reply to every message as quickly as we can.
  3. Use the Support button at the top of your dashboard. Click the link to go to the HootRecruit Help Center, where you can click the message bubble on the lower right side of your screen to send us an email or chat. You can also find articles related to your question here.

As we continue to add new features, we will include the ability to chat with our Client Success Team for quicker support.
