How do I report a bug?

When you need help with the HootRecruit platform, we can assist you more quickly if you provide the following information upfront:

  1. Please provide precise details of the issue - give a play-by-play of the process that ends in the error. E.g., "When I click the x button and select option y, z happens."
  2. Which browser are you using (Chrome, Edge, etc.)?
  3. What troubleshooting methods have you tried?
  4. Please send screenshots of the issue.
  5. Please include links to relevant LinkedIn profiles, roles, etc.
