When you need help with the HootRecruit platform, we can assist you more quickly if you provide the following information upfront:
- Please provide precise details of the issue - give a play-by-play of the process that ends in the error. E.g., "When I click the x button and select option y, z happens."
- Which browser are you using (Chrome, Edge, etc.)?
- What troubleshooting methods have you tried?
- Please send screenshots of the issue.
- Please include links to relevant LinkedIn profiles, roles, etc.
