Manage your billing

We do not store your billing information in HootRecruit. Instead, we use Stripe as a secure third party. You can access your Stripe billing details via the HootRecruit platform.

• Click on "Billing" located by clicking on your name at the top right of the navigation bar to access your billing settings.

• Select "Manage billing settings" to open a new tab managed by Stripe.

• Enter the email address associated with your HootRecruit account and click "Send."

• Wait for the email with the login link.

• Stripe will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided.

• After confirming your email, you'll access the Stripe customer portal to manage payment information and view invoice history.
